The part time actress in currently in India making a documentary for BBC about the trafficking of young women and children. She claims her one day of work has changed 40 lives.
She tweeted: “Over 40 children saved so far… Within one day’s work. This is what life is about… Doing THIS is a life worth living!!! traffiking is a big issue here, I’m doing what I can, and I will continue to do so as long as life when time permits it (sic).”
Now that she's a changed woman, she's encouraging her fans to help people around the world too.
She said: “Keep telling people about what’s going on in all 2nd and 3rd world countries and people will want to help too. Focusing on celebrities and lies is so disconcerting, when we can be changing the world one child at a time. Hope everyone can see that.”
This may be the only positive thing we've heard about Lindsay in years. It's nice not having her in LA or seeing photos of her stumbling out of a club practically passed out. Let's hope she stays in India long enough to actually realize her worth.
