Lindsay's back in the game! Lindsay Lohan, master jewel thief, has taken on her first post-rehab role.
Lohan is taking on a lead role in Escaping the Game, a drama about celebrities who can't handle their star power and move to a remote island.
So basically, she doesn't need to get into character, rehearse, or do any research. She might as well be in a movie about a 24 year old actress who, while trying to sober up, accidentally walks out of a jewelry store, and…well, you get it.
Actually, Lindsay's role in the movie is a private investigator who is hired to find out why some celebrities are missing.
Producer Nathan Folks isn't worried about working with Lohan, despite her unpredictable nature when it comes to showing up for work.
"We can get her insured if she is with someone who is keeping an eye on her 24/7. Lindsay and I’ve discussed it and she’s already agreed to the condition. She’s doing great and we’re going to prove to the world that she’s back.”
You've got to admire the blind confidence of this guy. I think the producers of Georgia Rule need to have a talk with this guy. Because I can see it already. First day on set, director says, "action!", and Lindsay starts pouting with her arms crossed saying, "Me don't wanna! Me want my juicebox!", before downing a bottle of gin.
