Lindsay Lohan is the girl that cried wolf. She has so many excuses at this point, we don't believe anything that comes out of her mouth.
In a new interview with Hollywood.tv Lindsay explains that she was set up with drugs and doesn't believe she should go to jail or rehab.
"I don't see what reason I would go to prison for," the actress, 23, tells Hollywood.TV. "I've been more than compliant with everything having to do with the court system."
Lindsay was sentenced to three-years probation could face up to 180 days in jail if the judge believes she violated her probation.
