Now that Lindsay Lohan is back in La-La land she is ready to start work and take care of all her unfinished business.
First order of business? Lohan has filed a counter suit against the accident victim from her Hollywood car crash in 2005. Lindsay is claiming that she was not responsible for the crash but it was the other driver, Raymundo Ortega.
Ortega filed a negligence lawsuit against Lohan back in June claiming that the actress had been drinking at Ivy just before the accident.
Lohan is stating in her lawsuit that Ortega made an illegal u-turn in front of her car causing her to hit the brakes but not in time which led to her car hitting his van.
Lohan wants $75,000 in damages from Ortega.
The court date is set for of April 7, 2008 for both cases.
Lindsay Lohan's lawyers made a killing off her just this past year. Hey, but they're worth every penny! The girl got off really easy after her incident in Malibu.
