Lindsay Lohan was bailed out of Lynwood Correctional Facility last night after being held for over 5 hours.
A bondsman put up the cash to get her out of jail…again. Her bail was set at $75,000.
She’s gone to jail so many times in the last year, this guys full time job has practically been being on standby to bail her a** out of jail. They should really consider just leaving her there. She never learns her lesson.
And the judge agrees. Judge Stephanie Sautner said: "She is to serve 120 days...forthwith. Perhaps she might see how women who have fallen on real hard times have to live and maybe she will change."
She said: "I see the intent here. I see a level of brazenness with, 'Let me see what I can get away with here.' "
However, Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Holley said she would appeal the ruling, As we previously reported her grand theft charge was also downgraded to a misdemeanor by the judge, who said she often sees more serious cases get similarly reduced.
But she also had to complete 480 hours of community service. She will have to complete 360 of those hours at the Downtown Women's Center, so "Lindsay can see how needy women have to live." The remaining 120 hours will be served at the L.A. County morgue. Yikes. Hopefully that'll scare her straight.
She is now set to return to court on May 11 for a pre-trial hearing in her misdemeanor case, with the actual trial planned for June 3.
Do you think Lindsay will learn her lesson this time around? Has she changed? Or is she still the same brat that will keep getting herself in these situations to see what she can get away with? Tell us your thoughts below.
