Lindsay Avoids Getting Served

Lindsay Lohan was hard at work on the set of her current movie Labor Pains today, when she came close to being served! And this time, it wasn't Lilo who is facing charges--It's her GF, Samantha Ronson. 

While on the set this morning, a man attempted to serve Lindsay with legal documents pertaining to a lawsuit involving Samantha and her former lawyers, who she has accused of over-billing. 

Thankfully, her bodyguard intervened and blocked him from serving her, and Lindsay reminded the guy that it wasn't her lawsuit.  We wonder what Sam's ex lawyers think Lindsay has to do with this.
