Lindsay Lohan doesn't exactly have the best reputation around town, so it's no surprise that a lot of people are concerned over her spending so much time with her sister Ali.
Lindsay has been parading her 15 year-old little sister all around town, which has left many wondering why she isn't in school like normal kids.
"There seems to be a lack of parental guidance," a source told Page Six.
"[Mom] Dina took Ali out of school and now all she does is hang out with Lindsay (right) -- who is back to drinking and partying hard. Ali is now wearing really skimpy outfits, and it's just sad. No one is in control. Where are children's services? Where is Dina?"
Where is Dina? The only time we see or hear of Dina is when she needs to talk to the press. Someone needs to send Ali back to Long Island for a few more years before she becomes a big disaster at the age of 15.
