This is coming from a lawyer, so take it for what it’s worth.
Mark Haushalter is the man representing Marisa Dugas—the women who claims that Lindsay Lohan assaulted her at The Standard Hotel last weekend.
According to Dugas, she was talking to a male member of Lindsay’s entourage, when Lindsay lost her sh-t and got into a fight with the woman, allegedly pushing and shoving her.
An employee at the hotel’s ‘Smoke and Mirrors’ bar backs up the story, saying that Lindsay and her group began throwing ice at the woman, and the group eventually began fighting. The employee claims he had to break up the melee.
Lindsay’s alibi? She was at home watching ‘Homeland.’ But Haushalter says her story is crap, adding: "Let's not forget Lindsay Lohan has a drug addiction problem, a drinking problem, and has been convicted of crimes of dishonesty."
I don’t think anyone has.
Mark added: “Once a liar, always a liar.”
The hotel employee added that the reason Lindsay wasn’t photographed going into the venue was because she entered via a back door—and there’s the surveillance video to prove it.
According to TMZ, authorities are investigating the alleged incident, and while they’ve requested the footage from The Standard, the hotel won’t hand it over.
The site reports: “Sources tell us the L.A. County Sheriff's Department has already requested the surveillance tape three times from the hotel -- but hotel management is refusing to give it up. It's unclear why. Detectives are still investigating the alleged incident.”
