At a progress hearing on Wednesday morning, Judge Stephanie Sautner told Lindsay Lohan things were looking pretty good. And she wasn’t talking about her leaked Playboy photos, either.
“Miss Lohan, you have actually done your work,” Judge Sautner said. Lindsay had to bring someone in to translate, because she hasn’t heard that since 2005.
Lindsay barely made it to Wednesday’s hearing, after her flight was delayed in Hawaii in Tuesday. She got permission from her probation officer to travel for her sister’s birthday.
The judge noted that Lindsay completed her twelve days of community service early and even went to an extra therapy session.
“The morgue seems to be pleased,” Lindsay said. “As pleased as a morgue can be.”
Those free In-N-Out burgers paid off!
Judge Sautner ordered Lindsay to complete another twelve days at the morgue, and she’s due back in court next month for yet another hearing.
“You’re doing well, I’d like to see you continue,” Judge Sautner said. But she also expressed some skepticism over whether Lindsay would make it.
“I think she likes to come here and see me,” the judge told Lindsay’s lawyer. Lindsay chuckled and covered her face.
And no more globe trotting for her for a while.
“You cannot leave the state unless it’s for work until you’ve completed those twelve days,” Judge Sautner said.
She did, however, make an exception for the holidays.
“You may travel to see your family.”
