Lindsay Lohan arrived to court this afternoon to face felony charges for grand theft--in a skimpy white mini dress and freshly injected lips.
Lindsay entered the courtroom with her lawyer Shawn Holley Chapman and plead Not Guilty to felony grand theft.
Judge Keith Schwartz was really straight forward with Lindsay, almost talking to her as if she were a child. "You need to follow the laws just like everyone else," he told her.
"Look around this courtroom, everyone needs to follow the laws, and so do you," he added.
The Judge, who was clearly frustrated with Linds, told her "I'm going to be as polite with you as I can." He gave her a stern warning not to push her luck because he will hold her responsible. “You’re no different from anyone else so please don’t push your luck because I’m telling you things will be different," he added.
Her bail has been set at $20,000 and an additional $20,000 for possibly violating her probation. He allowed Lindsay to post bail for the offence, and also an additional sum of the same amount for breaching the terms of her probation.
UPDATE: Lindsay has been remanded into custody. A hearing has been set for February 23, 2011 at 8:30am.
