Someone please send Lindsay Lohan to self tanner rehab. Homegirl looks like a taller version of an oompa loompa. Is Orange skin in? Did I miss the memo?

I wanna know how she can bleach her hair that much and it stays in such good shape? That IS her own hair is it not? I do think her hair is pretty but don't see how it doesn't get all fucked up with all that treatment. And yeh, the orange ain't workin' for her!
