Oh Lindsay, Lindsay, Lindsay, never a dull moment with you. Our favorite little Klepto may be charged with felony grand theft as early as tomorrow for ahem...accidentally...taking a $2,500 necklace from a local jewelry store in Venice Beach.
Sources connected with the case tell TMZ that Lindsay Lohan will be charged on Wednesday morning.
Lilo will be arraigned at 1:30 PM and she must be present for the hearing. The judge won't accept any bullsh*t excuses.
Lindsay is still on probation so if she's convicted tomorrow she could face up to 3 years in prison.
Lindsay’s hotshot lawyer Shawn Holly Chapman will probably get her out of more jail time, but retail stores beware—old habits die-hard with Lindsay.
