Lies, lies, lies! Lindsay Lohan is full of little lies--lies that are going to land her behind bars.
Lindsay says that her passport was "stolen" and she claims that she reported it to French Police and even had a plane ticket booked--but of course she was lying.
Cops in Cannes, France tell TMZ Lindsay did NOT report her "stolen" passport to them, contradicting what Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said today during the hearing.
The judge already issued a warrant for her arrest, and when she lands in LA on Friday, she'll be detained by customs. A rep for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection said, "Anyone who enters the country who has an active warrant in the law enforcement database will be detained by their office and local authorities will be called."
Instead of trying to get back to LA, Lindsay spent last night partying it up on a yacht in France until 5AM.
The judge, like the rest of us, is sick and tired of Lindsay's excuses and really let her have it in court today.
"There is no valid excuse [for Lohan not being here], Judge Marsha Revel said. "If she wanted to be here, she could've been here. She could've come two days early from Cannes. She has a history of not keeping scheduled appointments."
It's about time Lindsay pays for her actions.
