Embassy Confirms That Lindsay Lohan is Full of It

Lindsay Lohan is a big fat liar...are we surprised?! She claims she lost her passport, which is why she can't make it to court tomorrow, and said she applied for a new one, but the embassy has no record of that.

Maryse Nebatti, the Duty Officer in Marseille for the U.S. Embassy in France, told Radaronline that Lindsay reported the passport stolen but "has not requested a new passport."

The U.S. Embassy confirmed that Lindsay faxed a copy of her passport to their Paris embassy but has not specifically requested a new one.

So basically there's no way Lindsay's going to make it to court, and the judge made it clear that if she's not there--she's headed to the slammer!

While Lindsay parties it up in Cannes, her father Michael is going to go to court and try to plead with the judge.

"I am very upset, as I am sure the judge will be, that Lindsay can not make it back, for whatever reason there is. Her "situation" has to be addressed and I pray this delay doesn't further hurt her," Michael tells Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY.
