D.A Might Not File Felony Charges Against Lohan

Lindsay Lohan may be the luckiest woman in the world! Rumor has it that the LA County District Attorney’s office might not file felony charges against Lohan in connection to both her arrests.

According to TMZ, the D.A might reject the three felonies against Lohan. The cocaine possession for the first time is not going to be filed and she might also get away with the second cocaine possession as well.

Why the D.A is not filing these charges is beyond me but I bet her super lawyer Blair Berk has something to do with it.

If these charges are not filed, Lindsay will be left with only two misdemeanor DUI charges which might give her a measly min four days in jail if found guilty.

So if Lohan is not charged with a felony she wont be going to court on August 24.

I was left in dismay after hearing about this. I am still in shock and basically have no comment.

once again the entertainment industry is confirming that there is a two tier justice system. one for ordinary citizens where there would have been charges laid already, with penalties close to 5-10 years, and another for "celebrities". you just need to look at pete doherty and now lindsay lohan (if true). the justice systems makes a mockery of themselves.

Below is the full text of my letter: The Los Angeles D.A.'s office has been secretly negotiating a deal with Lindsey Lohan and her representatives that will help her escape felony charges in both of her DUI cases--This according to the web site TMZ.com: If true, this constitutes a new all time low for the corrupt Los Angeles Prosecutor's Office and opens a Pandora's Box for other DUI defendants to demand the same kind of sweet heart deals based on the fixed Lohan case!!! Serious criminal charges should be filed against Lohan, including stalking, harassment, 2 counts of DUI, speeding (wreckless driving), illegal drug possession, lying to a officer and attempted murder, in addition to kidnapping, making terroristic threats and theft of a vehicle??? If any average joe or jane, that is not famous, wealthy, well connected or powerful, had done any of these things which Lindsey Lohan is accused of doing, they would be facing years in prison right now, not a slap on the back of the hand by corrupt and clearly bought off prosecutors!!! If people don't turn their backs on her because of her antics, they certainly will now! I agree, this is BS! She had cocaine in her pocket in a police station - and there's no punishment for that? On top of driving like a lunatic & drunk, endangering the welfare of other people in her car, and running over someone? Trust me people, this girl is washed up. She might get a slap on the wrist for her 2 DUI's but hollywood doesn't want her back anytime soon.

This is so not right! Lindsay did all this and she's gonna get away with it. We have one screwed up system. This will show that any celebrity, whatever the crime, can get away with murder.

If Lindsey Lohan is let go on these charges, every serious criminal, not only in LA, but in California, state wide, will be demanding the same treatment, and will sue to get it!!! My point???: If appeals court judges begin to side with the arguments of said criminals, all absed on Lohan's special treatment here, then a lot of very dangerous people (criminals...including stalkers, kidnapping suspects, drug dealers, car jackers and drug addicts, etc.) will be set free on the streets--and it will be a domino effect!!!

Amended: If Lindsey Lohan is let go on these charges, every serious criminal, not only in LA, but in California, state wide, will be demanding the same treatment, and will sue to get it!!!
