But the sometimes actress claims the charges are "completely fabricated," while her lawyer insists its a huge "misunderstanding." The question remains, who is right and will Lindsay face more jail time?
Following two DUI arrests in 2007, Lohan only spent 84 minutes in jail. She was however, placed on probation for 36 months.
Sources claim she breached her driving restrictions, which allegedly stated she was only allowed to get behind the wheel for work, when she drove herself to Las Vegas to attend one of Samantha's DJing gigs.
She even reportedly handed a security guard an alcoholic drink as she sped off in her car to follow Samantha, who left her at the club following a fallout.
Lohan also reportedly missed a few alcohol education program classes, after she switches courses. As part of her probation she had to complete the courses, but she insists the paparazzi made it impossible for her to attend them.
Funny how she didn't have a problem making it to Robertson Blvd. to go shopping or vegas to go partying, but the paps wouldn't let her to go alcohol ed classes.
Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley will go to Beverly Hills Courthouse today to respond to the arrest warrant, which she said was "born out of a misunderstanding."
Although her lawyer is confident she can "clear it all up," a bail has been set at $50,000 and if Lohan is found to have violated her probation, she could face up to a year in jail. Luckily for her in celebrity time that will probably only result in 30 minutes behind bars.
Shawn Chapman Holley is due in court at 8:30AM EST, so we'll keep you guys updated on the status of Lohan's arrest.
