Are Lindsay and J.R. Hooking Up?

Lindsay Lohan may claim to have a "new boyfriend," but I'm convinced her and Britney's alleged baby daddy J.R. Rotem are hooking up.

Lohan and J.R. have been spending a lot of time together as he is producing Lohan's new album, but what's with them hanging out after-hours all the time?

Last night they were spotted leaving Katsuya restaurant and she was trying really hard to hide from the paps--which is very un-Lohan like. What do you guys think? Do you think they're hooking up?
