Another Lindsay Lohan DUI Update

As we already reported, Lindsay Lohan was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Saturday after her car struck a curb, and investigators found what they believe is cocaine in the actress' car, police said.

Officer McCann declined to comment on Lohan's blood-alcohol level. He said the case will be presented to the District Attorney's Office where the actress could face more charges, including felonies. Her tentative arraignment date is Aug. 24.

Update:
With news of Lindsay Lohan's weekend DUI breaking, Svedka vodka has pulled out of sponsoring Lohan's 21st birthday bash, to be held this July in Las Vegas. Sounds like the party's over for Lindsay. Can you say rehab part II?

They need to toughen laws for clubs letting in all these sluts into the clubs since they were 16. I mean the olsens, lindsay, even hilary duff are not 21 and they have been clubbing for years.isn't bruce willis ungly ass daughter like 12? Or 18 ?? We see her at the clubs on a daily basis!!!!!!

I think that she's a good actress. She was good in Georgia Rule. That role probably wasn't difficult for her. She's young-too much too fast. She needed a wake up call/reality check. Hopefully she'll learn from this and come out the other side wiser and stronger.
