Linda Evangelista Asking for Largest Child Support Order Ever

Linda Evangelista is asking for $46,000 a month in child support because she doesn't have time to watch her kid as "On days when I do not work, I am working on my image," she claims.

Linda's 4 year-old son Augustin was fathered by Francois-Henri Pinault, who is now married with children to Salma Hayek.

Since the child's birth, Francois has not financially paid any support for Augustin, which sort of explains why she is asking for nearly 50 grand a month.

Linda also asked for $80,000 a year for a nanny and $7,500 a month for "vacation expenses." Geez, my parents dropped me off at the McDonalds playland and called it a vacation.

The Support Magistrate at the Manhattan Family Court says the amount of money she is asking for "would probably be the largest support order in the history of the Family Court."

If a filthy rich dude knocks you up then runs away and marries someone arguably hotter than you, I guess you're gonna want to get even.

But many have been quick to point out that Evangelista makes a ton of money and does she really need that much support. Francois' lawyer, David Aaronson, said, "She testified that she wants to have a 24-hour nanny because she does not want to be alone with the child. Miss Evangelista, you should understand, has a worth of $8 million, and she earned, last year, $1.8 million."

She claims she needs the 24-hour nanny because she has to work on her image, 24 hours apparently. "I have to hit the gym. I have beauty appointments. I have to work toward my next job and maintain my image just like an athlete."

I get that it's hard being a single mom, but basically, she's saying she's too pretty to take care of her kid. Linda, buy a pair of crocs, cancel that Juvederm appointment and act like a mom.

Somehow the judge thinks $46,000 a month is reasonable. "These are the extraordinary expenses that may be a part of the child's life," he said.

Excuse me? Do they plan on sending the kid to a private school on the moon?!
