Lily Allen needs to stop flashing her boobs in inappropriate places. It's Europe, so it's not uncommon for women to go topless on beaches, but at Cannes Film Festival on a private yacht party, people might not appreciate a tata show.

Lily was having the good ole time she usually has wherever her partying takes her, which in this case was at a yacht party thrown by a Formula One exec on the Mediterranean. Lily apparently got so wasted that she took off her bikini top and jumped overboard! The crew then had to rescue her because they feared she might drown. But once she was back on board, she was asked to leave. Guess they don't party quite that hard in Cannes!
