There has to be something in the water! Doesn't it seem like every 20 something star got knocked up this year?

Lily Allen's rep just confirmed her pregnancy saying, “I am pleased to confirm that Lily and her boyfriend, [Chemical Brothers member] Ed Simons, are expecting their first child.”

Here's a little history on the couple: they started dating in September and he's 15 years her senior. Sounds like a match made in heaven right?

Does Lily know that when their relationship ends the baby is here to stay? Does she know she can't pound down shots of Jägermeister and smoke cigerettes like she did just two weeks ago? And what's with babies having babies? My head is spinning, I think I'm on baby overload.

whats with everyone coming down on these girls? yes i understand why everyone wouldn't be surprised or to pumped about jamie lynn... but lily is pretty cool . and has she been seen out partying since she told everyone she was pregers? doubt it. anyway , Think about it . this is a innocent life that is about to come into this world.... why don't you focus on that and be positive about all this baby overload bull. i can never get enough of babies.... they are what make the world go round and they will be the ones taken care of us when we can't even wipe our own asses. come on everyone!!!!! i am almost 24 i have a baby , i sure as hell am not a baby or overwhelmed in anyway !!! so give the girl a chance to show you how she'll act !

There are plenty of women in worse mental and/or financial shape than her who have babies on their own if their relationship fails, and successfully raise that child. She's got cash, she doesn't need a man and 20 something is not a baby.

I'm on baby overload too. It is the new "accessory" and everyone is doing it because it gets so much attention. It's not about acting or music or anything professional anymore. Reporters don't even ask the celebs about their work or projects anymore ...all they want to know is about their baby. Paris will be announcing her pregnancy soon. She's going to get knocked up by one of those German boy toys so she can have those "blonde little girls" she was quoted talking about. It's all very disturbing. It is really the begining of the end.
