British pop singer Lily Allen was arrested for allegedly attacking a photographer outside a nightclub but was released on bail.

The pop star appeared at a police station yesterday to answer questions about the alleged incident which took place outside Wardour club in Soho on March 13th.

Scotland Yard said: "At 9.30am yesterday, a 21-year-old woman attended a central London police station by appointment. "She was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault. She has been bailed to return on a date in late July," the spokesperson added.

I really hope that hollyscoop wont take down this comment....i just want to let everyone know that hollywood rag SUCKS and have taken down comments i posted right away. Why you must ask? Oh, well definetly NOT for any reason at all. I did not cuss, i was NOT disrespectful at all. This is what i said in regards to a story they just posted about benoit (little late dont ya think).... I said something like "If your gonna run a blog then please update your stuff more often because i heard this story days ago. Then i went on to say "why dont you post that the north won the civil war, maybe people dont know that yet! LOL" They took that down! Im sorry but that violating my free rights, and i told them that if they are gonna post celeb news then they themselves should get a thicker skin!
