It seems like they take good care of their prisoners in Philadelphia. Lil Kim who just served a 10 month stint for lying about a shooting outside a lower-Manhattan radio station, came out looking like she packed on some pounds. The rapper who received an early release from a federal detention center in Philadelphia was released Monday morning after nearly 10 months behind bars. A crowd of fans was there to greet her.
