Levi Johnston to File for Joint Custody of His Baby

Levi Johnston isn’t just a Playboy, he wants to be a good dad too! The 19-year-old dad is reportedly planning on filing for joint custody of his 10-month old baby he had with Bristol Palin.

According to The Insider, Levi has had trouble seeing his son Tripp, and decided to take action. "Not working. I'm done," he says. "It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge."

The Palins are pretty outraged at Levi’s recent behavior. As you may know, he’s been in the press because he’ll be posing for Playgirl in a full nudity photo spread.

Sarah Palin said in a statement, "Those who would sell their body for money reflect a desperate need for attention and are likely to say and do anything for even more attention."
