Leo's Gal Pal In Trouble

LEONARDO DiCAPRIO's model gal pal Bar Rafaeli is facing some heat from her former agent. The Israeli model is being sued for $300,000 by Rafi Agiv who claims Bar ditched him after finding fame. The 21-year-old appeared at Tel Aviv Magistrates Court in Israel today to answer the claims.

Agiv claims he was sacked by Rafaeli a year ago after he had helped build her career up, following her marriage to an older man, a union she used to avoid compulsory military service in the Israeli Army. The model insists these claims are untrue and the trial will begin in the Israeli capital in February. Bar began dating the Hollywood hottie earlier this year following his split from Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen.
