Leo Gets Sued

Hollywood heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio may be going to court because of his personal court. The actor who has a basketball court built in his backyard has been pissing his neighbors off and it’s not the dribbling or the slam dunks.

Leo’s neighbors Ronald and Joan Linclau allege that his backyard renovation for the recreation area has caused damage to their uphill property since July 2004. They claim that Leo "maliciously" crossed onto the couple's property, cutting and removing hedges, excavating "earth, granite and bedrock," which has destabilized their deck and pool costing damages around $250,000. They also say claim that Leo ignored their repeated demands to stop construction.

If this was the case why didn’t the couple stop him Leo from construction in 2004? This might be a tactic to milk in the stars money, which is a popular trend in this town.
