Hollywood heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio is teaming up with the owners of the Four Seasons Resorts to create a 'green hotel' in the Caribbean. The hotel will be built on land that the actor already owns and construction is set to begin in 2008. ...and that's how the rich get richer.
