When the cats away, the mice with play! Singer
LeAnn Rimes has been having a little too much fun on the set of her Lifetime flick,
Northern Lights.
Rimes, 26, who is married to former backup dancer Dean Sheremet, has reportedly been getting hot and heavy with her married co-star Eddie Cibrian, 35.
The lovers were caught kissing during a romantic dinner at Mosun and Club M in Laguna Beach, California on March 7. Pictures taken from a video security camera show the two holding hands and kissing.
"From the moment we rehearsed, LeAnn and Eddie honestly developed a really strong bond and a warm relationship," director Mike Robe told
Us Weekly prior to news of the affair.
Rimes married her husband seven years ago, when she was just 19 and he was 21. Cirbian tied the knot with model Brandi Glanville in 2001; they have two sons, ages 5 and 23 months.
Talk about a hot scandal! Reps for both parties refused to comment on the photos, but than again, why would they? The photo speaks for itself!
UPDATE: LeAnn has spoken! She just posted a blog on her official
website. Here's what she had to say:
"This is a difficult time for me and my loved ones, but I appreciate all your continued support.
"I would like to assure all of you that this is a place for you to hear things directly from me and as you all know, not everything in our lives is always black and white."
UPDATE 2:
Eddie Cibrian has just released a statement denying the affair with LeAnn Rimes.
“Other than being friends and two actors who were romantically intertwined in a movie-for-television we filmed last fall, there is no truth to the reporting initiated by US Magazine. It is a fabricated story that is using random snapshots as connective tissue to create a scandalous relationship.”
Hmmm…both camps are denying it, but pictures don’t lie! They’re going to have to address it at some point!
