Heidi Montag Talks Plastic Surgery

After recovering from her nose and boob job, Heidi Montag from “The Hills” put on her best bathing suit and spoke to US Weekly on her decision to have plastic surgery.

"Whatever women need to do to feel sexy, they should do," says Montag.

Many say that Dr. Frank Ryan did both surgeries. Heidi has not confirmed her surgeries but she does say, "I'm in a great place in my life right now."

Pratt adds: "I would never tell her what to do with her body."
