Lane Garrison
Lane Garrison was released from prison early Wednesday morning. He was originally sentenced to 40-months in jail after pleading guilty to vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence and two other alcohol-related charges.

"He's done his time and now he's looking forward to trying to move on with his life," a source close to Garrison said.

Garrison will now have to check himself into rehab in order to be able to shorten his probation time period.

If you guys recall, Garrison was involved in a car crash that killed 17-year-old Vahagn Setian and injured a 15-year-old girl. He was drunk and had cocaine in his system.

Lets just hope he has learned his lesson and he won't hit the Hollywood party scene any time soon.
