Nobody wants to hear their parents having sex, let alone talk about it years later, but Lady Gaga is, and well, I'm quoting it.
As a kid, Gaga and her family lived in a small two bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side in New York and nobody's bedrooms had doors, so she could hear "everything" if you know what I mean, and I think you do, I wasn't being very subtle about it.
"My parent's room and the one I shared with my sister were on the top floor. There are no doors on the bedrooms. My parents could hear everything me and my sister said growing up. And I heard them too!" admits Gaga.
Even though Gaga grew up with a very close family, literally, she admits that now as an adult she is afraid of becoming too domesticated.
"I love being with my parents, but I also really fear domestication. I just don't have a home. I stay between my friends' places and my parents.'"
In more loose talk with Lady Gaga, she said her dad hired a stripper to be Gaga's piano teacher. Why? Because strippers have day jobs too.
"He saw a lot of himself in me. My first piano teacher was a stripper. My dad told me later. I used to say to her, 'Why do you have such long nails?' She just said, "Someday you'll understand why.'"
Also, because Gaga's dad sounds like, uhmmm, quite a character, she said he used to sleep with random girls all the time.
"He was having sex with girls under the boardwalk in New Jersey before he went to see Bruce Springsteen," says Gaga.
Hey, he was just trying to "Marry The Night," no big deal.
While we're talking about Gaga's random life, it's just been announced that Gaga is in the process of becoming an ordained minister so she can officiate the ceremony of her gay friend Tricia Donegan.
Mother Monster is now becoming Minister Monster, errr, which sounds weird. Nevermind.
Gaga reportedly told Perez Hilton, "I'm actually getting ready now to be ordained to marry one of my best friends, Tricia, who is also my yoga instructor."
In light of the legalization of gay marriage in New York state, Gaga decided to take the step and become an ordained minister. She also made comments earlier this year that she would like to perform gay weddings at her concerts in the future.
