Kylie Jenner. biography
Born August 10, 1997 in Calabasas, California to Bruce Jenner and Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner grew up alongside Hollywood’s most recognized reality stars, including her four half-siblings Kourtney (b. 1979), Kim (b. 1980), Khloé (b. 1984) and Rob Kardashian (b. 1987).
Despite making her “acting” debut in Keeping Up with the Kardashians (2007-present) and successfully keeping up with her sisters’ loud personalities, Kylie decided to take a different road to fame – modeling.
Kylie’s modeling career took its first breath of life when she and her sister Kendall were featured in the March 2010 issue of Paper magazine, but officially started after she landed her first substantial job modeling for the Sears line “Crush Your Style.” She went on to strut the runway wearing Avril Lavigne’s “Abbey Dawn” collection at New York Fashion Week in 2011, followed by her and Kendall being chosen as “Style Stars” by Seventeen Magazine that same year.
Kylie and Kendall have most recently shared both the covers of Teen Vogue (March 2012) and Seventeen Magazine (2012). In 2013, PacSun announced that the two sisters would be designing a women’s spring and summer collection.
