Kristin Dawn Chenoweth was born on July 24, 1968, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and initially jumped started her performing career in the 1993 off-Broadway musical Animal Crackers.

Kristin's unmistakable soprano guided the soon-to-be starlet to several leading roles, a Theater World award and a Tony Award before switching over to acting in the 2001 short-lived TV series Kristin.

Following the show's cancellation, Kristin had no problem garnishing roles, appearing in several TV shows such as Frasier (2001) and The West Wing (2004-06) prior to reaching celebrity status for her comedic performance opposite Nicole Kidman in Bewitched (2005).

Kristin's comedic chops continued landing her roles alongside Hollywood's most prominent actors throughout 2006, including Steve Martin in The Pink Panther, Robin Williams in RV, Alec Baldwin in Running with Scissors, and Will Ferrell in Stranger Than Fiction.

The following year, Kristin returned to TV in Pushing Daisies (2007-09) and later in Glee (2009-11) prior to starring in the TV series GCB (2012) as well as the comedy Hit and Run (2012).

Kristin's most recent projects include Family Weekend (2013), Rio 2 (2014) and A Bet's a Bet (2014).

Aside from acting, Kristin has released several solo albums, consisting of Let Yourself Go (2001), As I Am (2005), A Lovely Way to Spend Christmas (2008) and Some Lessons Learned (2011). She also authored The New York Times best-seller memoir A Little Bit Wicked: Life, Love, and Faith in Stages (2009).

Rumors that Kristin was hooking up with comedian Seth Green began circulating in 2008, after the Hollywood stars were spotted on a date at Yamashiro in Hollywood. They may or may not have been on a business "date" seeing how they were working on Robot Chicken at the time, but that's why it's called a rumor.
