Kristin Cavallari Seen Trying on Wedding Dresses Days before Split

If you were hoping to start your day on a positive note, this may depress you a bit. Just two days before Kristin Cavallari’s fiancé, Jay Cutler, broke off their engagement, she tried on a ton of wedding dresses for a Life & Style photo shoot.

She tried on dresses by Anne Bowen and Mon Cheri Bridals hoping to find the perfect strapless gown—but her dreams of walking down the aisle got cut short. Drastically too.

“I want a romantic, mystical wedding, with lots of flowers,” she shared with Life & Style during the shoot at LA’s Mondrian Hotel on July 21.

The next day Jay asked her to fly to Chicago to spend time with him. That’s when the real drama started.

“Kristin said she didn’t want to because she’s working on a new TV project and had a full day of shooting scheduled for Tuesday [July 26],” Kristin the insider explains.

But Jay was angry about it and the argument escalated. “He told her that she needed to commit to him, and to move to Chicago.” She refused and he dumped her. Sounds like a healthy relationship.

On a side note, definitely go with the strapless. For the next one at least.
