Like vampires themselves, this relationship just won’t die.
The Twilight duo broke up this summer after the hug-from-behind heard ‘round the world: a 22-year-old Kristen Stewart snapped by a paparazzo as her 41-year-old Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders embraced and nuzzled her ear in a discreet mountain vista lookout point in Hollywood.
Kristen and Rob spent time apart these past few months, only to meet up in Los Angeles again over one September weekend, patching up their very public issues. A source told Radar last week that Kristen’s explanation to Rob that she never slept with Rupert has helped move them into a place of forgiveness and reconciliation. Robert still hasn’t sold that L.A. home they shared together, which is another possible hint that they’re ready to shack up there yet again.
They’ll be a lot of body language to read into when K-Stew and Rob walk the blood red carpet together—their first appearance since the split—later this month. They'll be, along with the rest of the cast, promoting the final installment of the beastly Twilight film franchise, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Down—Part 2.
As for right now, they’re on opposite sides of the continent. Today, Rob was recently seen strolling the streets of New York City keeping warm in a jacket. Yesterday, Kristen was at a Florence + The Machine concert with her dad at the Hollywood Bowl.
