The "Today" show host sat down with the Kardashian mother/manager Kris Jenner on Wednesday morning and the duo addressed tough issues of the Kardashians lives. (And by that we mean things that don’t matter that happen to occupy our attention.)
The interview was intro’ed with a clip from the new season of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” where Jenner asks Khloe to do a DNA test to ensure that Robert Kardashian is her father.

“'You see that and you think, "What, you mean all I have to do is behave like a f-cking idiot on television and then you'll pay me millions?" Well, Kris Jenner remembers it, too. And now she wants an apology.
“It's not made him look like the world's nicest guy,” Jenner said about her perception of the actor. “The right thing for a real man to do now would be to issue a public apology.”

As the Kardashian Empire takes a major blow this week, her publicists are working overtime to do damage control. And Kim's infamous momager, Kris Jenner, has been working that spin.
Not even a week after announcing her split, Kim and company took to the press to give their side of the story. Mostly, it's a lot of them saying the same thing over and over again. To prove that, our friends over at X-17 Online counted up the Kardashian spin strategies, and we dissected how the public is responding. Here are the numbers:
12—The number of times the Kardashians have mentioned being a family. They keep talking about how they're getting through this whole ordeal "as a family." Which is basically the guise of their reality show. That it's about a family and not an hour long commercial.

"Kim and Kris have spoken on the telephone, and are frequently exchanging text messages on their BlackBerry's. Kim is absolutely numb and was truly surprised and shocked at the backlash she has gotten since she decided to file for divorce," a source close to Kim tells Radar Online.
I'm shocked that she's shocked. Did she think the public was gonna be supportive after seeing that completely over-the-top wedding turn out to be a colossal waste? People aren't going to be sympathetic to that kind of superficiality. It was cute when Kim got that Botox and it gave her a black eye, or when she took an X-ray of her butt, but it's getting out of hand now.
While she and Kris might still be talking, there's not a very big chance of a reconciliation.
The world-famous momager headed to the Today Show to talk to Ann Curry about Kim's not-so-fairytale marriage.
"I knew [about the divorce] a few days before," Jenner told Ann Curry. "She felt what she felt."
Yeah, yeah. What about all the reports that this whole thing was a sham? What about all the time we wasted watching that god forsaken wedding special?
"It makes me feel sad that some people are acting that way. Certainly wasn’t a sham. We have enough going on in our show that we don’t have to make things up."

Oh, and then there's the matter of that $2 million ring. He doesn’t get that, either. First of all, he didn’t pay for it. And second, under California law, since the marriage is legal, he would lose any rights to the ring even if he did buy it.
So what will Kim Kardashian do with that rock? Here are some ideas: sell it and feed a small village, sell it and feed a large village, give it back to E!, use it to invest in her mom's next facelift…the list goes on. Then again, she can always keep it as a souvenir. The vacation wasn't very long, but whatever.

To kick things off, Kim and the Klan showed up The Montage Scarpetta in Beverly Hills on Thursday night. An eyewitness says:
"Kim was wearing a short, tight white dress and was walking with a swarm of camera operators and production team members. She seemed very business-like."
And I'm sure Ryan Seacrest was there, running behind everyone with his mic, yelling, "wait up, guys!" So it looks like we'll be able to check this out in the next season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

And while everyone’s obsessed with the dress and the guest list, we all forgot about the groom. Kris Humphries may be twice Kim’s height but Kim says that the two really compliment each other.
“It’s exciting to have that one person. We have a really good balancing system…like our personalities,” Kim tells Hollyscoop, “He lets me chill and he gives me my space…I kinda do the same for him. We just have a good connection.”
Awww young love. Kim describes Kris as “the best. He’s really a genuine person and really supportive.”
Speaking of supportive, Kris Humphries was obviously Kim’s date for the launch of the Kardashian Kollection a project that the Kardashian sisters say is their “dream.”

Here’s a taste of who’s invited, “I know Jennifer Lopez and Justin Bieber are invited.” Says a source, “Selena Gomez was invited too, but she is performing in New Jersey on the day of the wedding so she can’t go.”
The source also adds, “Will Smith and Jada will be guests, and of course Ryan Seacrest and Eva Longoria.”
