Kourtney Kardashian is absolutely tiiiiiny on the cover of Ok! magazine.
Kourtney was up to 140 lbs during the peak of her pregnancy, but she has since slimmed down to just 95 lbs. She shared her diet and weight loss tips with the mag via Just Jared. Here's what she had to say:
Kourtney on her weight-loss secret after giving birth: “Because I’m nursing, I have to eat constantly. So when we’re filming I tell everyone, ‘Remind me that I’m hungry.’ And if it’s a snack, I try to make healthier choices.”
On her guilty pleasure: “I’ll eat Oreo Double Stuffed, but I’ll have two instead of eating a box of them. And I love chips! I like Sour Cream & Onion Ruffles and [my boyfriend] Scott always buys me the mini Hostess Donettes because I’m obsessed with them.”
On her slimming-down tips: “Little meals throughout the day are realistic for people to follow. Try to get workouts in. It’s always so hard to start [a weight-loss plan] and get into it, but I think it’s a positive thing that everyone should try to do for themselves.”
