Whether or not Kim likes it, her sex tape is coming out! Kim Kardashian filed a lawsuit attempting to stop the distribution of a sex tape she made with ex-boyfriend Ray J, but her attempts seen unsuccessful.

Vivid Entertainment will be going forward with a March 21 release date. Yes, many men out there are probably jumping up and down right now!Vivid even promises a new preview clip which will be available next week on the website, www.kimksuperstar.com.

Steven Hirsch, Co-Chairman of Vivid said "I met with Kim yesterday and unfortunately, we didn't even come close to reaching an agreement. We will now immediately move forward with the release."

A rep for Kardashian says Kim will "continue to vigorously defend and protect her legal rights" and adds that her lawsuit against Vivid is still active.
