Kim Kardashian\'s Pregnancy Workout Revealed

When Kim Kardashian found out she was pregnant, she headed to the pregnant workout guru Tracy Anderson to get her body into perfect baby bump shape.

Tracy is responsible for Hollywood hot bodies like Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston and Jennifer Lopez and created “The Pregnancy Project,” a 9 month workout plan specifically tailored to your changing body.

“Kim is handling her pregnancy with such grace and love and care and wants to take care of herself. I think that is really admirable,” Tracy tells Hollyscoop, “I like to give her all of the support that I can give her. She’s having fun.”

Tracy’s method combines dance with muscular structural work, she jokes that “Kim will do the dance, but it is not her favorite thing to do. She really loves the muscular structural workout.”

Kim has been spotted leaving Tracy’s studio constantly. The usually glam Kim has been living in sweats lately, because Tracy’s method suggests working out 4-6 days per week!

“If they start off at 4, it is because I am trying to work them up to 6. I think one day off is okay. Everyday that you don’t work out you can guarantee that you will stay your weight or go up 1-3 pounds,” she tells us, “This is not 3 days a week for 20 minutes on a machine. It is a 6 day commitment.”
