Many believe that Kim Kardashian is behind the infamous sex tape that will be released on February 28, 2007 but Kim is having none of that. The attorneys for Kim Kardashian will be filing a lawsuit as soon as today to prevent the release of the x-rated tape she made a while ago with ex-boyfriend Ray J.

Kardashian has confirmed the tapes' existence, but insists she has "nothing to do" with them being made public.

Kardashian told Us Weekly that she is “hurt and embarrassed” about the tape being made public.

ok, first off, the company who is selling it would NOT put out a tape without the consent of the 2 involved. It says so on their website. 2nd off, the tape is by no means shot 'unprofessionaly'. The shots are too professional. Im not saying that he didn't tape them doing stuff..but there are rumours that the tape is NOT 2 years old as said, but rather recent, so that she could get some publicity. She is not 'hurt' by this..she wants it. She loves the attention. The sad fact is, we all have to suffer by bloggers posting her fat ass on their sites. That is actually a very accurate story. She had nothing to do with the sale. She is very hurt and very embarassed. I know this for a fact. I am also very pissed off by this as well because now it has I believe damaged our friendship beyond repair.
