RadarOnline is reporting that both of the K’s are scheduled to give their depositions - in separate states - in their divorce proceedings at the end of June.
According to the website's source, Kris is looking forward to his preliminary day in court and he’s “ready for his deposition to be taken and just wants the truth to get out about what really happened when they were dating and after the wedding.”
Along with Kris’ hopes of exposing his short-lived marriage as nothing but a money-grubbing publicity stunt, he also wants the issue of missing high-priced wedding gifts addressed.
The couple received around $400K in various wedding gifts on top of a Ferrari worth $325K, that Kim, not Kris, has been driving around in, whilst denying it was ever a joint gift.
Kim is inexplicably attempting to keep this episode of her life out of syndication, by fighting Kris’ request to have the deposition, and his hopeful future trial, from being videotaped – a common practice in such proceedings.
Guidelines are in place to keep the tapes private, but the not-camera-shy Kim isn’t buying it…. Or maybe the problem is that she wouldn’t be able to profit from someone else selling it?
Eariler this month, Kardashian's attorney told a judge that Kim wants her divorce from Humphries, to proceed and feels the case has been slowed because of the NBA player's hurt feelings and desire for an annulment. Humphries' lawyer said they needed more time to decide whether they wanted to pursue their allegations that the marriage was a fraud.
The couple's next court date set for August 15.
