Kim Kardashian has made a terrific slimdown since giving birth to North West. She’s strutting around and wearing high-waisted pencil skirts like that chick from “Mad Men” like a pro.
Kim looks really good, but last we checked she’s in a different city for each Instagram post and traveling isn’t super conducive to dieting or exercise, so we wonder HOW DOES SHE DO IT!?
According to People, Kim brings a trainer and a chef on tour as she follows Kanye around the country on his Yeezus tour.
“With the exception of some cheat days, because she is realistic now, she sticks with it,” the insider told the mag.
Of course, Kim’s chef is sticking to her Atkins diet, meaning NO carbs at all.
As for her workout, she has to make due with her limited resources on the road.
“Kim is working out almost every day. It’s usually running and weight training,” added the source.
