The Kardashian family has been summoned to court! A judge set a trial for February 2009 regarding the lawsuit brought by Sonja Norwood, the mother of Brandy and Ray J., who is known solely for the sex tape he made with Kim while the two were dating.
Sonja accuses the Kardashians of charging over $120,000 on her credit card in 2006 and 2007, when Kim was working as Brandy's stylist.
The Kardashians deny any of the charges, and say they had permission to
charge her card. Sonja is seeking fell compensation, plus ten percent
interest.
It's hard to imagine anyone thinking it's ok to charge that kind of money
onto someone's card without their permission, which is why this story is
