The war of words continues.
“I don’t think [my comments] were careless. I think they were accurate,” Jon told the Today show’s Matt Lauer.
And now, Jason Statham is stepping up to the plate for his turn at an insult. When Details magazine asked whether he considered himself a “brand,” Jason responded: “F-ck no.”
“F-ck em,” the actor said of the Kardashians. “Kim Kardashian’s a brand.”
Hell yeah. I’ve never heard the phrase 'the brand' tossed around more than I have since the Kardashians have been on TV.
Oh, I’m worried about ‘the brand.’ We’ve done so well with ‘the brand’. Can you make it any more obvious that you’ve transitioned from a human being to a product? That’s why people don’t feel bad calling them names—because they’re not perceived as people, they’re perceived as ‘a brand.’ They’ve worked hard to dehumanize themselves for money.

Jon stopped by Late Night With Jimmy Fallon this week, to talk about the return of Mad Men, but of course, Jimmy had to mention the Kardashian thing.
"Man, you've been busy, and congratulations, good stuff," Fallon said.
"It's good problems, it's a good kind of busy," Hamm responded. Fallon then added: "You also had the Kardashian thing, that was not good problems."
"Well, that's not really a problem, is it?
And the crowd cheered. This is going to be so bad for the brand.
And Jon took another swing at the reality star in Time Out London magazine.
When asked about his sex symbol status, Jon told the magazine: "The sexy thing is so meaningless other than in the world of selling magazines. Who cares, when it's reduced to just that? You might as well be a Kardashian and have a sex tape.”
