Two more days until the entire city shuts down for Kim Kardashian's wedding. We are shutting down, right? Check with your boss, but I think today is a half day, too.
To kick things off, Kim and the Klan showed up The Montage Scarpetta in Beverly Hills on Thursday night. An eyewitness says:
"Kim was wearing a short, tight white dress and was walking with a swarm of camera operators and production team members. She seemed very business-like."
And I'm sure Ryan Seacrest was there, running behind everyone with his mic, yelling, "wait up, guys!" So it looks like we'll be able to check this out in the next season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
Kim Kardashian joined 80 family members and friends in the restaurant's private dining room. Kim's favorite florist Saco Sarkissian from Petals LA, who did the flowers for her bridal shower and bachelorette party, provided gorgeous flowers for the rehearsal dinner as well. An insider at the party told Hollyscoop "the flowers were breathtaking." Kim has impeccable taste, so it comes as no surprise that everything was simply stunning.
"Everyone was getting to know each other," another source says. " Other than Kris Humphries' sister and parents, this was the first time that the Humphries family had met them."
Kim's slacker little bro, Rob, showed up wearing red sweats. Yes, sweats. Don't worry, Rob, you're not in Beverly Hills celebrating your celebrity sister's wedding or anything.
"Everyone else was completely dressed up and Rob was 100 percent the opposite," the source reveals. " Kris' friend teased Rob about his sweats and how under-dressed he was."
Khloe, on the other hand, was decked to the nines, wearing a tight black skirt and spiky black Christian Louboutins. She also was the first to toast the new couple. Following her speech was Humphries' friend, Jordan Farmer. Kris Jenner teared up and told Humphries that he "better be nice to Kim!"
Khloe tweeted: "Had such an amazing night with my family and friends!"
Among the family members were pals Brittny Gastineau and Jonathan Cheban.
Oh, and if you think Saturday is going to be it, and that's the end of the Kardashian wedding, and you'll never hear more about it, you're so wrong.
Eleven days after the couple ties the knot in Montecito, California, the couple will have yet another party thrown in their honor. Niche Media founder Jason Binn and celebrity wedding planner Colin Cowie are throwing the couple a party, though the venue has not yet been booked. Binn tweeted that the party will take place August 31 somewhere in New York.
"NY wedding celebration! Colin Cowie and I are so excited to host."
And despite the wedding being just around the corner, Kim is remaining calm. She told Hollyscoop:
"Everyone say's you're supposed to be freaked out, but I'm totally calm, I think that freakout moment already passed."
We wish the beautiful couple all the best!
