Kim Kardashian to Fan: Don't Get Plastic Surgery to Look Like Me!

Kim Kardashian, who has been fighting off plastic surgery rumors for years now urges a fan not to go under the knife. '

On Saturday, a fan Tweeted a disturbing message to Kim saying:

"I'm getting head 2 toe plastic surgery nxt week 2 look like @kimkardashian so my husband won't leave me. He worships her"

Kim's response? "Pls don't," Kim begged. "Ur husband should love u 4 who u are! Don't try 2 b someone else. Im sure u are beautiful inside and out! Just as u are."

She then added, "Don't change yourself for anybody but yourself...be happy with who u are! Someone will appreciate and adore u just as you are."

Kim has been rumored to have had a nose job, butt job, boob job, lipo and the list goes on. She has denied it all and admitted to only getting Botox.

If you’ve been watching Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, you know what a natural Kim Kardashian is with her nephew Mason. But that doesn’t mean she’s got baby fever!

In fact, Kourtney Kardashian’s 7-month old nephew has made her realize how much she doesn’t want any rugrats of her own…at least for the time being.

Talking to Ryan Seacrest this morning, Kim said, "Let's just say Mason is the best birth control ever. I'm happy to wait a few years."

This is a lot different than what Kim was saying just last year, when she and Reggie Bush were still dating. Back then, when Kourtney was still pregnant, she said she wanted a baby too.

The 25-year-old hunk beat the always shirtless Matthew McConaughey and his ripped 'Twilight' co-star Taylor Lautner to the top spot.

Reggie who? The Kardashian Klan is all about Kim Kardashian new man Miles Austin.

Kim has been spotted getting very cozy with the Dallas Cowboys wide receiver, already introducing him to her family, and her brother in law Lamar Odom admits the whole fam is absolutely in love with him.

Lamar told Hollywood Life: “I love Kim and Miles is my boy! They’re happy, so if my sister is happy, then I am happy. I wish them only the best.”

Kim started dating Miles in early June, just two months after she split from Reggie Bush. She had originally planned to stay single for a while, but that didn't work out so well.

Post Reggie split she had said, 'I'm on the market. This is a new life for me. I haven't been single in years. I never thought I would like being single....

The cat's out of the bag. Earlier this week Kim Kardashian teased fans about a "huge announcement," and now we have the big reveal!

Kim is the latest celeb to get a wax figure at Madame Tussauds in NYC. That's a pretty big deal!

“I’ve been keeping you guys in the dark about my big announcement and teasing you with my #karwax tweets…but I can finally reveal that I am getting my own wax figure at Madame Tussauds in NYC!!!!” she tweeted.

She added, “This is one of the greatest honors ever and I am so thrilled and excited. Now I will never have to leave NYC…I’ve officially gone bi-coastal! LOL.”

So Kim K fans that haven't had a chance to meet her in person can jet over to Madame Tussauds for their own photo op.
