Kim Cattrall Won't Go Under the Knife

Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall has vowed never to under the knife in an effort to revive her looks because she's terrified of complications.

Cattrall is convinced that is she were to get a little nip tuck that something would go wrong and she would look plastic.

Cattrall says of surgery, "I'm frightened about giving somebody that kind of control."

Don't you feel like all actresses say that right before they get work done? In a town where you can get botox during your lunch break, it must be hard for aging actresses to stay away.
