Kiefer Sutherland is off the hook for a little longer. His trial date for head-butting a fashion designer has been postponed indefinitely.
Kiefer allegedly attacked stylist Jack McCollough at the Met Gala in May after he thought he was bothering
Brooke Shields.
Brooke even admitted that McCollough had barged past her, and called the incident “unfortunate.”
Although both parties were able to come to an agreement, Kiefer was still scheduled in a Manhattan court today.
But now the date has been postponed. A spokesperson for the DA’s office says it’s been put back until further notice. Guess it pays to be Jack Bauer! You can beat someone up and get away with it!
