After wrapping up a shoot for "24" last week, Kiefer and his crew decided to go to the bar at 7am and get some drinks.
According to TMZ, Sutherland ended up spending $700 between the hours of 7am and 1pm.
Kiefer was drinking scotch & Coke and bought drinks for everybody at The Spot in San Pedro, Ca.
Guess when you're working all night, it's ok to go to a bar that early in the morning. Kiefer, who already has two DUI's, decided to have his driver take him home after his bar run. That was definitely a wise idea on his behalf.

During what was called a 'misunderstanding', Kiefer head-butted Jack after he was seen talking to Kiefer's pal Brooke Shields. He was charged with third degree assault, but the case has been dropped.
Manhattan District Attorney (D.A.) spokeswoman Alicia Maxey Greene confirmed: “We declined to prosecute after a full investigation. And that included speaking to the complaining witness who was quite uncooperative… Therefore, the D.A. declined to prosecute."
Kiefer was on probation at the time of the attack due to a previous DUI but the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office also cleared him of those charges.
Spokesman Frank Mateljan said: “Based on the evidence and information received from New York officials, as well as our own independent review of the evidence, we will not be seeking a violation of Sutherland's probation.”
Kiefer ended up issuing a public apology to Jack and Jack accepted. All is well in the world again. Must be nice to be a celebrity, right?

Kiefer allegedly attacked stylist Jack McCollough at the Met Gala in May after he thought he was bothering Brooke Shields.
Brooke even admitted that McCollough had barged past her, and called the incident “unfortunate.”
Although both parties were able to come to an agreement, Kiefer was still scheduled in a Manhattan court today.
But now the date has been postponed. A spokesperson for the DA’s office says it’s been put back until further notice. Guess it pays to be Jack Bauer! You can beat someone up and get away with it!

Kiefer allegedly head-butted McCullough after he accidentally bumped into Brooke Shields at the party. Kiefer was later arrested.
But according to court papers obtained by TMZ, McCullough will not longer be a “complaining witness,” and the misdemeanor charge on Sutherland’s record will most likely be dropped.
McCullough definitely got the short end of this stick, and has a broken nose to show for it! We wonder if Kiefer’s helping out with that medical bill!

The altercation between Kiefer and designer Jack McCollough reportedly stemmed from a conversation Kiefer was having with Brooke Shields. She was reportedly shoved during the altercation, but her rep is now trying to clear her name from the whole situation.
Her rep said, “A number of statements have been attributed to Ms. Shields in the media that are neither true nor authorized. These statements were obviously made by those who were not in attendance at the party and constitute their version of events.
"While at the party she was bumped in to by Jack McCollough and Kiefer Sutherland became concerned. Kiefer has always been a gentleman in her company. Both Jack and Kiefer are friends of Ms. Shields and she regrets this unfortunate situation.”
Bet Brooke, Kiefer, and Jack are all wishing they just skipped that party that night. Jack got a broken nose, and Kiefer was arrested by New York police on Thursday and charged with assault. Some party!

When Keifer was told of his honor, he replied, "I'm really happy at this point in my life and my relationship is a large part of it.” So we’re assuming that comment came prior to the head-butting incident?
As for Shania, she attributes her beauty to maintaining a healthy attitude. She says, "I don't think I'm ugly, I just think I'm overrated on the cutie factor. I like to feel like a woman. A happy heart comes first, then the happy face”
She’s definitely gone through a lot in her personal life this year, so it’s great to see what a good attitude Shania has.

"Kiefer is here, he walked in a few minutes ago," an officer told Us Weekly. Kiefer, who showed up to the police station with his lawyer, is expected to be charged with misdemeanor assault.
The head-butting incident happened during an after party for the Met Costume Institute Gala in New York City late Monday night.
Kiefer was reportedly intoxicated at the party and the argument involved Brooke Shields. Since Brooke was named in the incident, she may be called as a witness in the investigation.
Maybe Kiefer should consider laying off the booze for a while. He already has two DUI's under his belt, and now a possible assault charge?!
UPDATED:
Kiefer Sutherland was arrested by New York police on Thursday and charged with assault for headbutting another man. Considering the fact that he's still on probation for five years from his last arrest (DUI arrest in 2007), he may face harsh consequences. The Manhattan District Attorney's office had no comment.

When Kiefer was released from prison after his second DUI bust, he was issued probation for five years. And this incident could be in violation of that.
Although he's most likely only going to receive a minor assault charge, technically LA authorities can throw the book at him.
"If Sutherland's found in violation of probation for battery, and if he was intoxicated at the time, he could very well be sentenced to another 48 days or more," attorney Steve Sitkoff, who is not involved with the case, told People.
The incident happened during an after party for the Met Costume Institute Gala in New York City on Monday night, Kiefer got into an argument with fashion label Proenza Schouler co-founder Jack McCollough and head-butted him.
Kiefer, who was reportedly intoxicated at the time, ended up breaking the man's nose and he was sent to the hospital! The argument reportedly stemmed from a conversation he was having with Brooke Shields.
Seeing that he's a celebrity, he'll most likely avoid jail time, but we'll keep you guys posted about any new details surrounding the case. The altercation is currently being investigated.
UPDATE:
Kiefer Sutherland is reportedly going to surrender to the NYPD over the scuffle. LA City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan says, "Our office intends to contact the NYPD and New York prosecutors to review the incident and determine whether Mr. Sutherland violated probation.”
More details coming soon!

Kiefer, who was reportedly intoxicated at the time, ended up breaking the man's nose! The argument reportedly stemmed from a conversation he was having with Brooke Shields. She was reportedly shoved during the altercation, but her rep is trying to clear her name from the whole situation. "Nothing happened to her ... Jack did nothing inappropriate. It's not clear what caused Kiefer to do what he did," the rep told TMZ.com.
Meanwhile an NYPD tells People, "There was an incident that occurred at 2 a.m. at 99 Prince [Street]. It's all under investigation by the police department … People will come in sometime this afternoon [to be questioned]."
McCollough is quoted as telling authorities that Sutherland "was drunk and obnoxious and wouldn't back down or be logical," and that the actor "pulled this stupid wrestling move like a teenager" before the head-butt.
It's still unclear what started the argument, but McCollough reportedly spent the night in the hospital. More details coming soon!
