Kid Rock Gets Off!

We had mentioned last week that Kid Rock was accused of assaulting a woman in his house. The woman had filed a complaint against Rock, but In a statement, the Oakland County prosecutor's office says it will not press charges citing "conflicting witness accounts" and lacking a way to corroborate the charges through "photographs or medical reports."

County Prosecutor David Gorcyca said that there's "insufficient evidence to support a charge." Kid however, "intends to fully pursue his civil remedies against this person as soon as we determine who she is," his lawyer said.
